Mango Mortgage Corp was started by Tony Mango who has over 21 years in mortgage origination, servicing, and capital markets. Tony has assembled an experienced team with more than 55 years experience to better assist clients.

The mortgage and real estate industry is suffering from the last several years of what is best described as a time period of greed and in-experience. Buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders all participated to some extent. People bought homes they could not afford, mortgage professionals were not professional at all and “peddled” exotic loans, and many people profited at the expense of everyone else. Today we are in a “credit crisis” that has not been seen since the great depression. Many banks are paying the price for their previous lending decisions. This has led many of them to have higher rates, tighter guidelines, and a general un-willingness to lend.

This is where we come in. Our company is not limited by the industry’s prior mistakes. We have the ability to align ourselves with banks and investors that are still making loans, at some of the best rates, and most flexible terms on the market. There are still many options out there!

We do not sell mortgage loans. We are a group of mortgage professional advisors. We advise clients on what types of rates and products are available, and if it makes sense for a client to pursue an application. Sometimes our advice is to not borrow money or refinance an existing loan. It is very simple, if it does not benefit you, we will not make a loan.

Mortgage Lending – We will get you the best product at the best available price to fit your needs.

Mortgage Servicing- We offer mortgage servicing functions such as billing, collecting, and all other loan servicing functions to note holders of private mortgages.

Mortgage Investing- Interested in investing in individual mortgages or “pooling” your funds with other investors to make mortgage loans? We offer some services to find, fund, and service mortgage loans. This has started to become a larger business in the U.S. due to the limited lending capabilities of banks, and the lack of adequate returns in other investments available today for private investors.

Purchasing Mortgage Notes- We are in the market to build our mortgage portfolio. These are mortgage notes already created, that we would consider purchasing.
