Working independently has restored my personal life. Now after serving a couple of decades in the corporate world, I have returned to being in business again for myself, but no longer by myself due to networking. I am enjoying an incredible community of business owners in Parker, where I live, including my membership in the Parker Chamber of Commerce and with Behind The Moon as a Premium Member.

I have continued on with my nurse consulting role at Trusted Health Strategies, and recently added a program with Herbalife. In my role with Herbalife, I assist my clients in managing healthy living through plant products grown safely and processed gently (cold pressing vs cooking) and balancing nutrition. No matter which health issues my clients might be struggling with, including: diabetes, high blood pressure, balancing cholesterol, weight control, men’s / women’s/ and children’s needs, energy and fitness (athletes included), nutrition balance, immune defense, digestive health, stress management, heart health, and healthy aging, Herbalife can help! Experiencing balance in my own life has been very rewarding!  My husband and I actually get to see each other these days, although he teasingly says he sees less of me since I have happily lost nearly 50 lbs. I enjoy working with my clients immensely and am pleased to witness their amazing results, as we map out individual plans and goals to reach the wellness and energy we all hope for! In my work with Herbalife, we serve all ages, from “womb to the tomb!”

I recently launched a weight loss challenge to the men of Parker to contribute $1 per pound of weight lost to our Parker Chamber scholarship fund. I am matching their donation with $0.50 per pound of weight loss. The entire town of Parker is planning to GET HEALTHY and many will enter the Presidential Weight Loss Challenge.
