Pete’s work as a landman in the oil and gas business taught him “real estate title” from the center of the earth to the tops of the trees. Since receiving his license as a Real Estate Broker in 1985, and becoming a broker/owner in 1988, Pete has been a state convention speaker, and local association orientation instructor, a Cyberstar and recently received the coveted Certified Negotiation Expert designation. His love for Colorado railroading, and specifically the “stack music” of the narrow gauge steam locomotives, has inspired Pete’s hobby of model railroading, as well as his logo and online brand. “There is an earthiness, a sense of tradition and stability associated with a simpler time” Pete reflects. “It should be the same with real estate."
